Manuela Schäfer celebrated her 11th anniversary at our companies GfN and Selco in October 2023. Unfortunately, this was somehow lost in the hustle and bustle of the Corona years.

She joined our two companies on October 1, 2012.

Ms. Schäfer plays a key role in the development of new formulas and formulations, as her area of responsibility is the application technology laboratory. Together with her colleagues, she creates the wonderful samples and finished formulations with our beautiful active ingredients that we present to our customers for testing and feeling.

Her evaluation of the storage tests is an important tool for finally confirming the storage stability.

Ms. Schäfer also plays a fundamental role in the introduction of our CosRez database.
Ms. Schäfer is always a great asset, not only in the laboratory but also at our international trade fairs (in-cosmetics global and SEPAWA). Her knowledge of the formulas and our active ingredients is enormous, enabling her to provide customers with expert advice.
