We take care of the future - training at GfN and Selco
For our two apprentices, their apprenticeship as an industrial clerk in the company GfN Herstellung von Naturextrakten GmbH began at the beginning of September 2021.
On September 1st the time had come and we wished our new apprentice Ms. Pia Fischer and our second year apprentice Ms. Elina Großkinsky good luck and success in their new phase of life.
In order to enable them to have the most comprehensive training possible in our family-run company, they gradually go through all departments in our companies. There they can find out how we work and “what matters to us”. We try to convey our company values to them, which do not necessarily have the goal of maximizing profits, but where people and every single employee are still valued and seen. Where it is important with which employee we fill a position and a task so that our own potential can develop optimally.
We are very pleased that for the first time we are able to manage two apprentices at the same time in our company.
We wish both of them an experience-rich and interesting apprenticeship with many positive impressions and experiences and we keep our fingers crossed for a successful year and a successful apprenticeship as an industrial clerk.
