Happy 20th anniversary

Dr. Karen Mörs celebrated this spring her 20th anniversary in the companies GfN and Selco. She started in 2003 as the 7th employee in my company. Dr. Mörs' friendly and eloquent manner appealed to me from the very beginning, so that I made her a job offer after the SEPAWA: our sales force was to be expanded and further developed. At first, Dr. Mörs was only supposed to be responsible for Germany, but without further ado we assigned her "almost the whole world" in order to better support our foreign distributors and to look after them more intensively. Her responsibilities also included traveling to the countries and visiting and training the employees and their customers. Due to her efforts the companies GfN and Selco grew steadily in turnover, in the last 5 years even especially. Due to her knowledge Dr. Mörs was more and more assigned to the support of pharmaceutical customers. Since our producer Contipro also launched the product hyaluronic acid sodium salt for the application in medical products in 2005, we were able to secure first market shares and to expand them steadily until today. Dr. Mörs played a major role in this. As a result of restructuring, she was also assigned the task and function of product manager in 2022. Today, she is researching new and interesting active ingredients worldwide in order to continuously expand our product portfolio. |

For 20 years, she has made an extremely important and valuable contribution to the success of our companies. For this, I would like to express my greatest respect to her on the current occasion.
I would also like to highlight her continuous and tireless efforts to promote both companies GfN GmbH and Selco GmbH worldwide.
She was able to show the worldwide customers that GfN and Selco stand for quality and a very large product knowhow. And the focus is not on profit, but on people and employees, coupled with absolute honesty.
I am very grateful that Dr. Mörs has been working in our companies for 20 years and that she is so loyally behind me as the management and behind the two companies that she has played a major role in shaping.
