at the GfN and Selco

The partners of the middle class BVMW are selected enterprises, which committed themselves together to the advancement of the middle class. It is therefore a network of entrepreneurs of the middle class for entrepreneurs of the middle class, for exchange and advice as well as for making new contacts.

The BVMW met last week on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 in the premises of the companies GfN, Selco and KBM. At your latest network meeting Thea Riemann (representative of the BVMW Odenwald) first of all welcomed the new members Mrs. Luisa Schmitt and Mr. Max Juenger from Hammerjobs in Rimbach as well as Mr. Marc Hess from Stahl Buero GmbH in Gross-Umstadt.

Afterwards, our Managing Director Michèle Lindner warmly welcomed the participants to our company to give them an insight into our three companies.

Michèle Lindner had initiated the network meeting, as she had prepared a presentation on the following quality topic: ISO 9001: a necessary evil or an opportunity for the entrepreneur to optimize processes in the company? What you always wanted to know about ISO 9001, but never dared to ask...

There was a lively discussion about the usefulness of a quality management system. Since Mrs. Lindner already implemented the ISO:9001 standard in 1996, she is a very strong supporter of this standard. It is precisely the quality management system that has been introduced that has made growth in the company possible in the first place. Because it was only through well-established processes and structures that we were able to grow here in an orderly manner, and the result achieved and extremely great success confirms our path.

After a tour of the companies and an insight into our company history, there was very lively conversation over canapés and cold drinks.

We hope that the participants had an informative evening and could take home some things worth knowing. Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the meeting with us and hope that some nice, new impulses could be set.
